[There's little that Ren can say right now that can make for a valid argument. He's not going to say he's wrong, but Ren is trained and experienced to know that it would potentially be a disaster to go on such a venture without backup. He's strong, sure, but a number of things could go horribly wrong. Besides, it's always much easier having Stormtroopers as fodder.
Ren doesn't have a death wish, and while he's earned a rather stunning collection of battle scars, it would be mortifying to gain more from some stupid, preventable means. He's still not keen on the idea of waiting, even if really would be for the better. One last battle against this batch of resistance would be more rewarding if they'd already been given the time to rally together.
It would mean missing out on the hunt, but that's a minor thing Ren can get over if he doesn't have to wait much longer. Clearly, he'll just have to expedite things. It doesn't matter if Hux already shut down his suggestions for doing so.]
Fine.
[The word is sharp, pointed, and immediately followed up with a shove at Hux's chair. With that, Ren straightens and leaves the conference room with usual fast-paced, determined gait.
If his movements are monitored, it will quickly become obvious that instead of heading toward the one of the hangers to leave as he'd indicated, he's going in the complete opposite direction. Given the Finalizer's size, it takes him a bit of time to get the wing in which the holding cells are located. But that's no matter; Ren is determined to even get a moment with Leia at this point, with the intent of encouraging her to sign the document through one means or another. Fortunately, he hasn't quite made it to her yet.
If Hux hasn't figured out Ren's play by this point, the rush of panicked calls over the comm are likely a strong indicator.]
